AWSOME General Contracting Est is new to the construction market; however, it is steadily moving towards
progress and diversification in the field of construction and building. We have a clear vision to provide the best services to
our customers through an informed administration, qualified cadres who work with high ambition and passion, and a
commitment to quality, health and safety standards.
As the construction sector is one of the most important pillars of the Kingdom’s economy, it has an active role in promoting
development in line with the Kingdom’s vision (2030) and its ambitious goals. The Est has therefore been keen
to be part of this work. The Est has been keen to support the Kingdom’s construction market with advanced
ideas that will lead to new horizons in building by keeping up with the latest technological developments in the field of
construction and decoration, both in machinery and equipment and in the training of personnel in line with the current
technological boom.

established in Riyadh in 1440 AH . It is an
Est specialized in the general construction
of residential buildings, non-residential buildings
(such as hospitals, schools and hotels), government
buildings, prefabricated buildings, renovations, and
finishes. Once established, the Est worked
to enhance its technical, administrative and
professional capabilities by attracting a team that
possesses experience and competence in the field of
construction, restoration and finishes. The
Est owns a number of modern equipment
in line with the best and latest applicable quality
standards.
